Our company was established in August, 2009 and is part of a group of companies with offices in Switzerland and Greece. Group` s activities started more than 50 years ago originally as sulphur suppliers for the Greek fertilizer industries (imports and local distribution of the locally refined Sulphur), moved to also importers of the other raw materials as Phosphate Rock, Sulphuric Acid, Ammonia and developed to almost every kind of Fertilizers, import and export, trade and distribution.

Teomare S.A. is the shipping arm of the group. Initially the company was acting solely and exclusively on tracking appropriate tonnages for the group's requirements but within very little time the company acquired the confidence of other major traders/charterers. Today, Teomare S.A. has more than 75% of its activities outside the group.

We are one of the few chartering offices in Europe with a very experienced short sea department for mini bulkers, with over 150 fixtures at this size per year. We have also expanded our range of activities up to Panamax size dealing with almost all type of dry cargoes on a worldwide basis and occasionally, with some liquefied commodities as well. Specialty remains in the fertilizer market but definitely not the only area that the company is active.

Monitoring the market and keeping records of the freights, although not an easy task due to the variety of the cargoes and destinations is one of our main concerns, in this way we can provide valuable and precise information to our clients when asked.

We are proud to say that our brokers have managed to build a large network of Owners and Charterers with whom having a close cooperation as well as good relations with many local and international brokering offices. We are therefore constantly concluding fixtures ranging on the above mentioned capacity thus we feel that we are ready to serve all needs in view of both suitable cargo and vessels.
