Started his career in shipping in 2004 as dry cargo and in-house chartering broker at Newport shipmanagement Piraeus. In 2009 he formed Teomare Sa together with Kimon Theofanopoulos. Pavlos holds a Bsc Degree in Maritime Business & Maritime Law from University of Plymouth.
Has been involved in the Marine Industry since 2004. He has held key positions such as: -Demurrage specialist in CMA-CGM (Liverpool Branch) -Chartering broker in Adriatico Ltd, Piraeus and Teomare SA, Chalandri. George holds a Bsc Degree in Maritime Studies from University of John Mooores University, Liverpool.
Pavlos studied Physics at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has been a member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) since 2018. He has been active in the maritime shipping industry since 2014 with Teomare SA, initially joining the Chartering Department. Since 2015, he has served as the in-house broker for Teotrade SA, managing approximately average of 60–70 shipments annually, with a primary focus on fertilizer cargoes. In addition, he focuses on voyage estimation for company’s main accounts-clients, further strengthening his experience in dry bulk and commodity shipping markets. Within Teomare Pavlos is leading also the laytime department.
Vagelis has been actively involved in the maritime industry, specializing in dry bulk chartering, since 2001. He holds a BSc degree in Transport & Shipping from London Guildhall University . He spent nearly two decades at Asor Shipbrokers Ltd , where he gained extensive experience across all aspects of shipbroking, representing both shipowners and charterers. During this period, he also acted as broker for two coaster vessels trading mainly in the Caribbean, while handling chartering activities for a wide range of cargoes within the Mediterranean, covering vessel sizes from coasters to Handymax bulk carriers. Since 2018, Vagelis has been contributing his expertise and industry knowledge to Teomare SA in Athens, where he continues to approach new challenges and opportunities with professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm.
He has been active as a Shipbroker in the dry bulk field since 1999. He has a solid background in both operation and chartering. He has held key role positions as a broker at Continent Shipping Ltd, where he started his career and then he jumped to Art & Trading International, as fleet commercial manager for 3 years. From 2005 till 2018, he worked as a Broker/Operator at Sea Power Maritime s.a. for the in-house regular Liner Service from Mediterranean and B.Sea to Middle East and vice versa, responsible for the bookings in the breakbulk stuff. Since 2018 he has joined Teomare s.a. chartering desk with a specialty in the grain stuff, mostly from B.sea and Ecsa
Started in the shipping sector in 2002 at Navatrade S.A., Greece, initially joining Operations Department before moving to Chartering Department, focusing mainly in fertilizers sector. In 2008, joined DNA Maritime as a Chartering Broker and worked there until 2020, following fertilizer sector from coasters to supramax. Since 2021, working as a Chartering Broker at Teomare S.A., handling chartering activities and commercial operations, focusing mainly on sulphur cargoes and other commodities including parcels of sulphuric acid. Holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, London, and an Master’s Degree (MBA) from the University of Kent.
Constantine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Hellenic American University. He began his career as a trainee at Arrow Shipping & Energy and later joined Ocean Breeze as a Chartering Broker. He is currently employed at Teomare S.A., where he has further expanded his expertise in chartering, as well as operations and post-fixing
Matina holds both a BSc and an MSc in Shipping Management from The American College of Greece and ALBA Graduate Business School, graduating with honors and merit scholarship. She joined McQuilling in 2024 as a Tanker Operator, gaining experience in day-to-day vessel operations, charter party execution, and communication with international clients. She is currently a Junior Dry Shipbroker at Teomare SA, involved in daily chartering activities, market monitoring, cargo negotiations, and client relations, while developing her presence in the shipping sector, representing a new generation of shipping professionals.
After completing his degree in Business Management at Rutgers University, John pursued opportunities that allowed him to develop strong commercial and communication skills across different industries. Since 2025, he has been actively involved in the maritime industry, focusing on chartering and gaining practical experience within the shipping market. He is currently attending the ICS Annual Program, further strengthening his knowledge and professional expertise in the maritime sector.
Konstantinos holds a BSc in Economic Science and an MSc in Shipping from the University of Piraeus. Following the completion of his postgraduate studies, he began his professional career as a chartering broker at Belnav INC, gaining hands-on experience in the dry bulk sector. At the same time, he further enhanced his industry knowledge by completing the “Shipping Gnosis Certificate” seminars organized by the Hellenic Shipbrokers’ Association. In early 2026, he joined Teomare S.A., where he continues to build on his academic background and practical experience within the maritime industry.
His Jurney in the Maritime Industry began in 2021 after successfully completing his Bsc in Marime Studies, he discovered his passion for chartering/broking from the early steps of his career. Kostantinos worked as junior Shipbroker in Shipbroking houses in Athens and Piraeus prior joining Teomare in 2024 making him one of the newer additions of our company. In 2025 he completed the ICS annual program further enriching his knowledge.
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the maritime industry, he has built a strong career across the dry bulk and tanker sectors. Having worked with reputable companies like J. Giavridis, Primerose Shipping, Lassi Shipping, and Trefin Tankers, he has developed deep expertise in Operations, Post-Fixture, and Chartering procedures. Currently, he leads operations at TEOMARE S.A., where he specializes in optimizing vessel performance, executing complex laytime calculations, and managing seamless communications between Owners, Charterers, and agents. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Shipping and Transport from London Guildhall University.
George holds a BSC in Maritime Studies at the University of Piraeus and started his career in shipping back in 2003 at a chartering desk of a traditional/family ship-owning company in dry bulk and mpp sector. Alongside chartering, he handled the bunkers procurement of the fleet. As from 2008 he “flipped the coin” and entered into the bunker sales & trading sector, dealing also with in-house tanker chartering for bunker and oil/product cargoes, all these years until 2023, when he came on board the “Teomare” ship, and he sails in dry bulk seas nowadays.
Anastasia holds a degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus. She has extensive experience in international trade and shipping operations, having worked for six years in the fertilizers trading sector before joining the Operations Department of TEOMARE two years ago. Her professional background combines strong analytical capabilities with operational expertise, organizational efficiency, and a solid understanding of international business and maritime operations.
Her professional career began in graphic design and editorial production in 1999, working with publishing houses and major media groups, specializing in magazine layout, visual composition, photo shoot styling, illustration and editorial design. In 2013, she transitioned into corporate administration and technical support roles, gaining experience in customer service, public sector communication, procurement, service coordination, and operational support for medical equipment systems. Since 2022, she has been working at Teomare SA as Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the General Manager, supporting executive administration, banking coordination, accounting and legal issues support, invoicing, travel management, and commercial support activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts from Athens School of Fine Arts & Technology.
