Teomare S.A. (“Teomare”, “we”) is a shipbroking company with its Greek branch at 57 Ethnikis Antistaseos Str., 152 31 Chalandri, Athens, Greece. We are the controller of personal data processed through this website and in the course of our brokerage services.

When you contact us by e-mail or telephone we process the details you give us: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your message and any files you attach.

In the course of chartering negotiations we process the business contact details of principals and their representatives, as is necessary to perform our services and to comply with sanctions, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations.

When you apply for a position we process the information in your CV and application. Applications are handled with the utmost confidentiality.

To respond to your enquiry and provide shipbroking services (performance of a contract or steps prior to it); to comply with legal obligations; and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and this website.

Correspondence and fixture records are kept for as long as required by applicable law and professional practice, and in any case for the limitation periods set out in our Terms and Conditions. Job applications are deleted after the recruitment process unless you ask us to keep them on file.
